from the Fair directly benefit the students of Roberts Elementary School, funding activities

like field trips, assemblies, student experiences and improvements to our school.

We are looking for donations from community businesses for our raffle held during the Spring Fair fundraiser. This year's Spring Fair is Friday, May 10, 2024 from 5 to 8 PM.

Any proceeds from the Spring Fair will directly benefit the students of Roberts Elementary School. In the past, we have used proceeds from the raffle to fund field trips, assemblies, student experiences, and many other improvements to our school. Our latest community effort raised funds for an outdoor learning area for our students, staff, and community. Our goal is to ease, assist, and enrich the lives of students and teachers.

Although this is a fundraising event, the main goal of our Spring Fair is to create an enjoyable experience for our students, their families, and our neighbors in the surrounding community.

We would appreciate your support through a donation of a product, services, or gift certificate. No donation is too small. Please have all donations in by Wednesday, May 1, 2024. All participating donors will be recognized at the Fair, on our PTC website, and on Social Media. This is an excellent opportunity to advertise your business to hundreds of families.

Wristbands: Save $5 by purchasing your wristband in advance! (Children 2 and under and adults are free.) Wristbands allow unlimited access to carnival games, crafts, and more. Food and drinks are not included with the purchase of a wristband.

Raffle Tickets: Make sure to get in on the fun and purchase your raffle tickets in advance to maximize your time perusing the raffle baskets!
