What is Robbie’s RUN? Robbie’s RUN is a fitness-focused fundraiser, which helps offset costs for field trips, assemblies, and other fun and educational activities for Roberts Elementary. It is our primary fundraiser for the year. Each participant will raise funds by asking family and friends to sponsor them. All proceeds from this event will support the school.
How does it work? For the 2024 Robbie's Run all students will run laps behind the school. Dr. Grazel will MC the race and families will be welcome to cheer on their runners. Each student can walk, skip, run; however they would like to participate. Throughout the week, students gather donations using the form below or our online portal at www.robertsptc.com. All checks should be made out to Roberts Elementary PTC. K and 1st grade will run in the morning from 9:30-10:45 AM. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders will run in the afternoon from 2-3 PM.
What do I need to do to prepare my child for Robbie’s RUN? All participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and should be dressed appropriately for the weather (i.e., if it is cold, please wear a light jacket; if it is hot, please wear short sleeves).
What are the prizes? Teachers work with the students to set classroom-based fundraising goals and prizes. Prizes typically include things like a pajama day, bring-a-toy-to-school day, extra recess, and more. Additionally, we have school-wide prizes if the school reaches certain fundraising thresholds. All students receive a free Robbie’s PBIS t-shirt for participating!
How do I get involved? We will need volunteers and families are welcome to cheer on our students! Stay tuned for more information. The BEST way to stay involved is to share our donation form with friends and family!

Roberts Elementary School is excited for this year’s Robbie’s RUN, a fun character lesson and fitness-focused fundraiser.
At Roberts, our students focus on a Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support program that inspires all students to believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and solve problems to make a positive difference. Our motto is, “Respectful, Responsible, Ready!”
The program kicks off on October 4, 2024 with a school-wide Pep Rally and ends with a community-building RUN Day experience on October 11, 2024, that includes all students.
On RUN Day, all students and staff will receive a customized Spirit Wear T-shirt with the school logo on the front, and the students’ laps will be tallied on the back. In order to provide all students with these school spirit shirts at no cost to their families, we are looking to partner with local businesses like yours.
Students will wear their t-shirts as a symbol of pride and a year-round trophy of their achievement. Students often wear these shirts on their field trips and other school events. If you choose to be a sponsor, your business logo will be displayed on the back of over 400 student, faculty, and staff t-shirts.
We need your $350.00 commitment by Friday, September 23, 2024 to process our order in time for Robbie’s RUN on October 11th.
